Moneesh Arora M.D., Ph.D., Chief Medical Consultant
Dr. Moneesh Arora is an Indian educated and trained physician who received his post-graduate training at the Burdenko Neurosurgery Institute in Moscow after having completed his basic medical education and residency at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Delhi, India. Dr. Arora completed his residency training at Queen’s Medical Center, London, and is currently studying for his US Board Certificate in Family Practice. He has sixteen years experience in the field of Neurosurgery, Family Medicine and Neurology. Dr. Arora spent six years as Staff Physician at the European Medical Center (EMC), Moscow, before joining the American Medical Center Moscow in early 2003 as Chief Medical Director. Rose Gazin, M.D., Family Physician, Gynecologist
Dr. Gazin is a US Board Certified Internal Medicine Specialist and member of the American College of American College of Physicians--American Society of Internal Medicine. She completed her internship at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York and residency at Yale New Haven Hospital. Dr. Gazin has worked as a Family Physician at both the European Medical Center and the American Medical Center in Moscow and specializes in Family Practice, Gynecology and Pediatrics.
Lyudmila Melnik, M.D., Ph.D., Obstetrician & Gynecologist
Dr. Ludmila Melnik graduated from the Kyiv Medical Institute in 1976. She completed her internship program in 1977 and residency program in 1982. Having received her Ph.D., Dr. Melnik practiced at the Kyiv Institute of Pediatrics and Gynecology, where she later became the Director of the Women's Reproductive Health Department. Following extensive overseas work as an obstetrician-gynecologist in Libya, Dr. Melnik joined AMC Kyiv in1996 where she now specializes in diagnostics and treatment of GYN infections, infertility, family planning, prenatal programs and deliveries.
Anne Aubois, M.D. Ear Nose and Throat (ENT)
Dr. Anne Aubois is a French National specializing in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Medicine. A graduate of the University of Nancy Medical Department (France), Dr. Aubois specializes in children's deafness and genetic presbycusis, age related hearing loss. Dr. Aubois has practiced as a specialist and surgeon in Paris and Warsaw and was part of the famed Chistine Petit ENT team at the Pasteur Institute. Dr. Aubois speaks French, Polish and English.
Roberto Quispe, M.D., Family Physician
Dr. Roberto Quispe joined American Medical Centers-Kyiv in December 2002 after his work at the Emergency Center of Gorlovka city in the intensive therapy team. He graduated from the Donetsk Medical University in 1991, and during 1993-1994 worked as a general medicine trainee at Avesta City Hospital in Sweden. Alla Volokha, M.D., Ph.D., Staff Pediatrician
Alla Volokha, MD, PhD, is leading professional in the field of Pediatrics with over 20 years of clinical experience in a variety of pediatrics specialties to include general pediatrics, neonatology, pediatric ambulatory and inpatient care, and pediatric infectious diseases and immunology. Dr. Volokha has worked as an Associate-professor of Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Immunology teaching practicing physicians at the Kiev Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. Dr. Volokha has a strong background in research and published over 50 articles covering a variety of topics in pediatrics. She has had several training program in pediatrics at the universities of Canada, Israel and Austria. She is familiar with American pediatric protocols recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Institutes for Health (NIH). Mykhailo Kovalov, M.D., PhD., Staff Pediatrician
Dr. Mykhailo Kovalov is an Ukrainian Pediatrician, graduated from Lugansk Medical University in 1977. He has 30 years experience in pediatrics including 8-years international practice at Libya. Dr. Kovalov has PhD degree in Pediatrics since 1988. His main fields of interests are Neonatology and Child Infections. Dr. Kovalov speaks English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian.
Oxana Chernyshova, M.D, Ph.D, Staff Pediatrician
Dr. Chernyshova graduated from the National Medical University in Kyiv and completed her clinical studies and internship at the Pediatric Department number 4. Dr. Chernyshova furthered her post-graduate studies in Pediatric Gastroenterology and participated in the Salzburg / Philadelphia seminar program in Salzburg Austria. In 2005, Dr. Chernyshova received a second diploma in Family Medicine. She is credited for over thirty scientific papers and speaks fluent German, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
Oksana Murzina is a fully licensed pharmacist with six years of experience in the industry. Educated at the L'viv State Medical Institute, Oksana graduated in 1994 and completed her pharmacy internship program in 1995 at the Kyiv National Institute for Advanced Medical Studies. Oksana is a specialist is broad-spectrum pharmaceutical management and joined AMC Kyiv in October 2000 after working six years with the Pharmaceutical Expert Center in Kyiv, Ukraine. Oksana is a pharmaceutical specialist with international pharmacy work experience and is proficient in consulting both medical staff and patients in an efficient and appropriate selection of pharmaceuticals as well as providing advice regarding indications, dosage, side effects, contraindications and appropriate substitutions.

Arman Javanshiri, M.D., Family Physician, Gynecologist
Dr. Javanshiri graduated from a Azad Medical University in Tehran in 1999 as a Family Physician and General Practitioner. Dr. Javanshiri also graduated from Kyiv National Medical University and the National Academy of Post-Graduate study in 2007 after a three year residency program in obstetrics and gynecology. Mrs. Skryabina graduated Kiev Medical College #4 in 1977. From 1978 till 1980, Mrs. Skryabina worked in the Cardiology department of Kiev Clinical Hospital #14 and thereafter, at the Children’s Clinical Hospital in Kyiv. Mrs. Skryabina joined AMC in 2002 and is currently AMC’s Pediatric Nurse.
